Why doesn't somebody just do something? Are these poor people not worth more than empty promises and worthless warrants?

We are dealing with lawless thugs here. Don't we know how to deal with lawless thugs? The Red Chinese do. They take them out back and shoot them behind the ear and then send their family a bill for the bullet.

It works.
